Literature-Based Homeschool

Literature-based homeschool is a homeschool curriculum and lifestyle built around wonderful books and literature. Living books that make the subject come alive to the reader prompting great discussion as well continuing to learn beyond the book.

Books are the heart of our homeschool, and they have transformed the way we homeschool.

No one wants school to be boring. In fact, most of us homeschool our kids because we want them to have a better all-around education and not fall between the cracks of traditional schooling.

Literature-Based curriculum goes beyond mundane memorization of characters and plot line and provides a more engaging and fun way to learn.

The answer is so simple, and often it’s right in front of us. Reach for the nearest book and start reading

Learn along side your child as you read, discuss, and expand on great books.
